You are probably here for one of a few reasons; you were either referred by a friend or family member who knows I will take good care of you or you found me from a social media site. I know that trusting a new hairstylist is scary, but I am here to help your experience from the moment you fall on this page, to the moment you leave the salon, you and your hair will be well taken care of.  I want to give you an idea of what to expect on your first visit to make you feel more comfortable.

Your experience begins by clicking on my online booking link below to request an appointment for the service you desire and by choosing a day and time that works best for you from my available times. If you have any questions, please message me so all of your questions are answered before your appointment.

When you arrive at the salon, you should have no problem finding somewhere to park. When you come in the door, I will promptly greet you and have you come to my chair. I have a safe space for you to put your belongings away. Now we can begin the consultation, which usually takes no more than 15 minutes.

The consultation allows you the opportunity to convey the look you are trying to achieve. We will discuss the look you desire, your lifestyle, hair goals and a little about your hair history. You and I will plan all the services according to your time frame, budget, and hair health. I will always communicate openly to keep expectations realistic.

With all color services, your color will be custom blended just for you and documented so your look will always be consistent with each visit.  With your haircut, I will create the perfect cut for your face shape and lifestyle.

I enjoy conversation and am always up for getting to know you better, however, I understand that your appointment is a time for you to relax as well. You may use the salon WIFI,  the chargers offered to charge your mobile device, read a magazine, or just sit in peace.
​
At the conclusion of your service, I will offer suggestions and tips to help maintain your look including products, styling tips, and the time frame that you would need to return to keep you looking your best. We will schedule your next appointment and if you are comfortable, I will take photos of your look for future inspiration for other clients. Some of my clients enjoy this part the most because they get to show off how great they look and feel!
