​Can I bring my children or someone with me to my appointment?
I love children and love having children in my chair receiving services! However, because the salon floor has chemicals, electrical appliances, sharp tools, and expensive furnishings, I ask any children that are not being serviced to wait in the waiting room to keep them safe. To entertain them while they wait, it is a great idea to bring them an electronic device or a book to read. It is suggested that if your service will take more than about an hour, that you make other arrangements for your children. Sitting in the salon gets boring for young ones pretty fast.

The other styling chairs and stations are another stylist's work area, and because space is on the salon floor is limited, we ask that any guests that come with you to remain in the waiting area during your service.

Do you have a late\cancellation policy?
As always, I like things to be as easy as possible! I offer clients access to online scheduling. You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel from my booking site 24\7.
I do ask that all appointments are cancelled 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule or contact other clients that may be on my waiting list. If an unavoidable emergency does come up, please contact me as soon as possible.

Any "no call\ no shows" will be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit to reschedule another appointment. That deposit will go towards your next appointment.

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. For that reason, I offer a 15 minute grace period. However, some of your requested services may need to be rescheduled to another time so I may stay on schedule for the appointment following yours.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I strive to make all of my clients extremely happy with their hair, but in the rare event that something needs adjusting, please contact me within 7 days and I will get your scheduled as soon as possible to make those adjustments. This option is void if there has been any modifications to your hair that I was not a part of. I do not offer refunds on services but will offer refunds or exchanges on retail products that have not been used.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, I do! They can be purchased at any time in any amount.
There is no refund on gift card purchases.

What are your hours?
Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00-3:00
Sunday and Monday CLOSED
